The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area with a charming village pub just steps away. The barn itself had plenty of space, especially upstairs where the kids loved the bunk beds and themed sleeping areas. The hot tub and zip wire provided endless fun, and we enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor seating area. The barn had a lovely, rustic charm with its beams and other barn conversion features. it was a great getaway for our family!
While we had a fantastic stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The garden could use some attention, as the bikes were broken and the sand pit was muddy.

The secluded garden was a nice feature, perfect for dogs and we enjoyed watching the ducks. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water was great. The owners were welcoming and left a lovely welcome pack.
The bunk beds were uncomfortable for adults and the sofas in the lounge were worn and shabby. The garden was shabby and not well-maintained, with broken bikes and unmowed grass.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and allowed me to stay connected during my business trip.
The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. The room was not properly cleaned upon my arrival, with dirty towels and a dusty floor.

Had a fantastic time over New Year's! The location was great, with beautiful barn conversion features like exposed beams. The property had lots of activities for kids, including a zip wire in the garden and a well-maintained hot tub that kept them entertained for hours. The beds were really comfortable, which was a relief for my back! The owner, Dave, was very responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. It was also a bonus that the accommodation was dog-friendly, with a lovely secluded garden for our furry friend to explore. The bathrooms were clean and had nice hot water. We even got a lovely welcome pack upon arrival. We loved watching the ducks in the garden, too.
The property seemed more geared towards families with children, so the bunk beds and worn-out sofas in the lounge weren't the most comfortable for adults. the outside area and play equipment were in need of maintenance, with chairs, tables, and decking falling apart, and the swings and chute being overgrown and dirty.
